Two of the core values at Curtiss-Wright are respect for people and winning.
We demonstrate respect for people by attracting and retaining the best qualified people available

other basis protected by law. We win in the global marketplace because we value the skills, experience
and backgrounds of our diverse team from around the world and reward team members based on superior results.
Further, we foster an inclusive work environment where differences are viewed as a competitive advantage and
an essential element of success in accomplishing our strategic business objectives through people.

Accountability
To reinforce Curtiss-Wright's commitment to our core value of Respect of People and diversity:
- Curtiss-Wright management is required to (annually) review and sign the Code of Conduct which
specifies the commitment to a work environment free from harassment and the responsibility to create a
work environment that respects all people, regardless of race, color religion, national origin, gender, age,
disability, veteran’s status or any other basis protected by law.
- Curtiss-Wright salaried employees are evaluated annually in the performance management process in the area of
compliance that, among other factors, requires adherence to the principles of Equal Opportunity Employment for all employees.
